Music not working at all, New DIV layout, and music won't work Options

Well, I just got a DIV layout, and I was trying to put music on my profile... I wanted there to be background music, so I was using this code for it:

AHey there! I'm Karen! And I'm usually totally not this hyperactive XD I'm only like this now because I'm dead tired and what not... Anywho...
