Help.. Skills Required, placement and whatnot Options

I'm trying to get rid of everything below the add and links.. so that the links are the very bottom of the page and it won't scroll beyond them..

I'm also trying to position the scrolling comments section, so if anyone knows how to do that.. I'm trying to position the scrolling comments part centered in a picture frame in the background. (if you view the profile, the picture frame where the comments are supposed to go has instructions in it..

hmm, i don't think you completely hid everything. you can't hide the ad though. you'll get deleted.

its suppose to hide everything by the nav bar.

or i use this code to hide everything. but i think it leaves the music player. [i'm trying to find a way to change that too]

and you can try this code too for moving the scrolling area into that box but i don't know if it'll move everything. :\
