What's an appropriate time to come home after Prom? My prom is from 8 p.m.-12 a.m. by the way.

my sister didn't come home from prom until the next day. She went to prom until who knows when maybe 12, then went and spent the night.

I did the same thing

Does your school host a prom after-party somewhere? You could just go home after that. I think my school's after-party lasts until 4am or so, and everyone's extremely encouraged to go to prevent underage drinking and drug use. If you can talk your parents into letting you attend that with confirmation from other adults chaperoning the event, it shouldn't be too much of a problem...

Unless your parents are total psychos, which is a possibility.

it actually lasted until 5am. My friends were getting home at 7am, lol... some just came home the next night.

the next day fsho wink.gif

just keep reiterating to your parents that you'll be with your friends 24/7 (that's what i had to keep telling my parents and you seriously will be with people every second) and things should go over smoothly. yeah, our school did host an after-prom and most people do end up going their until the early hours of the morning (4 or 5am) and then go somewhere and hang out some more. have fun :)

My sister came home around 3 am.

It depends on your parents and your health actually...my parent's probably won't let me stay out too late cause of my health problems.

But if you don't really care about that, just stay out till whenever you want.

I'm going to my boyfriend's prom today and he and his dad had to compromise over a time. We aren't going to post prom because you can't leave until 4am and his dad says he wants him homee at 4am (he lives like 30-45 minutes from his school...private school...} and all i did was say "mom, I'm coming home at 4am on prom" and she agreed. But i also don't have strict parents...

But yeah, Do what everyone else is saying. Sit down and talk to them. Make sure they know you're responsible. If you're going to someone's house then your parents could call those parents to confirm everything. Seriously, it helps.

Just found the most awesome prom night momento on ebay and followed it through to this guys website and he is good !!!

Its a fake celebrity front cover of a magazine like Hello or OK mag with your own pictures on although i expect they will do any magazine title you want. The example pic is fab showing a girl on her prom night + other photos as well. Ive seen a few of these around but this is by far the best i have come across so i thought id let you know. Will be getting one myself so long as my photos come out alright.

Oh yea how to find it - you can find it on ebay by typing in Fake Magazine and you cant miss it or you can go to this chaps website its at link removed
