adding a link to a layout Options

OK I would like to know how to add a link to a layout. I REALLY like a layout but there is no link to the pics on there. You have to add your own pic ( don't know how to do that) and you have to link it to your own pics. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!

to add a link, use this:

but if you're talking about using an image as a link, then use this code:

<a href="URL TO YOUR PICS HERE"><img src="IMAGE URL HERE"></a>
