CB proflie comments in scroll box, plz help Options

What's the code,
because I have seen it used on some profiles and I don't want long comments...

But that put the "ADD comment" box or whatever it's called in it too..

Is there a code that ONLY puts the comments in a scroll box but leaves out the "ADD comment" text box...
