Problems with Firefox, Alignment is off Options

Hello,

I am having problems getting my layout to look proportionate in both IE and FF. Someone suggested moving pixel alignment from about 3-5px to see how it looks in FF, but as you can see the layout is perfect in IE with little room for adjustment. Maybe someone here can help me?
