Are Warped Tour tickets for Houston, Texas still on sale? |

My sister and her husband haven't bought their tickets yet and I want them to go since it's on my other sisters birthday. [07/06/08]
I live in Houston and I looked and alot of sites said they're not on sale or some of them cost $100 each.  The price went down to about $30 though.Help? |
