I'm in the process of building an online portfolio for my photography.

Right now, I'm experimenting with Geosites and I'm comfortable with it. When I buy my domain name, will all the links transfer to the new domain?

Example:

www.geosites.com/blahblahdeee/

to

www.geosites.com/blahblahdeee/photos

Then

www.myphotos.com

to

www.myphotos.com/photos

Once I buy my domain through Geosites, would I have to change ALL the existing links in order to correspond with the new domain name?

or u could just redirect your domain to geocities, altough I would just transfer all the files and fix the links even if it take a month, or just redirect your domain and secretly change all the links on your new domain then take the redirect off :]

So when I buy my domain through Geocites, even if all my files are still there, the links will redirect through my new name?
