add frame around friends picture in div comments Options

I was wondering if there was a way to add a picture around my friends pictures not just a pixel border? if so, is it possible in a div?
could you indicate me the codes please?

If it's not possible, how do I change the border width of the pictures? I tried adding "border-width:3px;" to my codes but it didn't change anything...

if it's possible, do you think you could provide a link to a myspace that has the first example, with the picture border? because i'm not sure i understand that particular question.
