Changing picture text & problems w/firefox Options

Hi,

Thanks to doublehelix who was able to help me with my last problem! :-) I am using the Garden Delight layout by haileypo, who unfortunately hasn't responded to any messages or comments. I would like to know:

1. How I can change the word "blog" to "store", despite the fact that it is a picture file.

2. I am having problems with alignment in firefox where the margins are off, everything seems moved down the page, and my scrollbar overextends past what should be the textbox. Everything in IE is perfect, so I'm not sure how to correct the problem.
