problem with div band layout, divs not showing up Options

okay I followed the tutorial to make a div band layout : here.

I made a div main picture see here.
My problem is: when I want to add a "about me" div over the main image, it won't show up. I don't understand where the problem is. I removed the main div picture to see if the other div wasn't hidden behind, and no. my "about me" div is simply not showing!
