It seems like what you're asking for is hosting, and not a domain.
You're not going to get anything other than a sub domain for free , but you can spend as little as $2 for a domain name. Free hosts directory. |

i would definitely suggest: http://www.000webhost.com/ it's like every web designer's dream host. ok, well atleast mine. some of my favorite features areeee: cPanel webmail 250 MB disk space 100 GB traffic fantastico autoinstaller PHP with MySQL database support |

you don't have fantastico?
 uhh, you might have it hidden. click the "reveal all boxes" link on the bottom of your cPanel. it should be in the software/services box. |
