Getting Rid of Bottom Bar? Options

soooooooooooooooo I want to get rid of the bottom bar that's appearing on my layout myspace, and i don't know how to get rid of it. anyone please help??

I'm not completely sure, but I think its because you covered up the links at the bottom, which you're not suppost to do.
