Could you maybe be a little more specific? Do you want to know how to put a background into a layout, create your own, or something else?
If you want to create your own, you'll need to have a program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. MS Paint works okay, but I wouldn't recommend it if you have something else. How you do it differs with what you want to do. The process for making stripes is obviously not the same as the process for making polka dots... |
