I really like the eye color. Its very pretty. Maybe add some text and a possible texture. I can't tell, do you have a border on there?

For the text, you could write something that works with the picture. As for textures, theyre quite simple to use. I don't know what program you're using, so I can't help you as much. You can find really nice textures here. Feel free to PM me if you need help about textures.

I can see many people using this icon. color one or two more of those hearts on there.. too much white. And yes, add a 1px gray border.

^ I think black would stand out too much and possibly distract from the image. Most of the image is light light gray and white, so adding a few-shades-darker gray border would blend more than a dark black.

IMO the eye color should look a little lighter to make it more natural cause right now it looks kind of metallic

Oohh, I like it. It's really cute. I agree with what the others say about the border, text, and other hearts.
