Bezier Curves in psp x2, Help needed Options

i just started back using psp instead of photoshop because its easier
well anyways i need help on how to create a bezier curve around a image
Example:

the bezier curve is the white string wrapping around her.
and i know i didnt do it right so how do you do it?

The curved lines that wrapped around her body were created from the pen tool. There are a few shortcuts, and some people already have them premade. You can try and search it on DeviantArt. Click here for a search that I already did on there. Some aren't exactly how it is, but you can adjust it to your likings. You can also search up tutorials on Google. All you really need to do is wrap a line around her (just a normal one) and then go to the blending properties and put an outer glow, then change the color.
