I like making abstract backgrounds, like you did for Aang and Toph. Usually, anime on abstract doesn't look nice, but I think you did a wonderful job with your Avatar ones :).

I really like the first one, it's put together nicely. The second one is ok. I think you could have chosen a better fitting font for that one.

The first one is very nicely put together. The fonts you chose for both of them fit really well. I especially like the color you chose for the second one

The background of the Toph one is definitely the color of the song The Priest and the Matador, by Senses Fail.
But I like these. Even though I have no idea who Toph or Aang are. >.< I'm unexposed to animes. Unless Pokemon counts, which I don't think it does. |

Anyway, these are put together quite nicely. But if I were to nitpick (which I usually do), I'd say that your outlines of the anime characters could use some improvement in terms of eliminating unwanted sharp bumps, and the text could be more aligned. They seem to kinda randomly float, but its really not that big a deal. Nice job. |

I'm talking about the alignment in terms of the image.
IE, the first seems a little odd squished horizontally, but spacey vertically. |
