Can anyone recommend me some soft, mellow songs? Just anything meaningful, not too heavy/hard, or something that's sweet or catchy. And nothing popular or 'in,' please, because I've probably heard it already.

To give you more of an idea of what I'm into:

Drift Away - Magnetic North
Teenage Wasteland - The Who
We're All In This Together - Ben Lee
Stolen - Dashboard Confessional
New Soul - Yael Naim
The Scientist - Coldplay ft. Natasha B.

And I'm REALLY REALLY REALLY big on Jason Mraz :).

Please share some, thanks!

Andrew Bird - Measuring Cups
(Actually, majority of Andrew Bird's songs are mellow, look into him)
Plushgun - Just Impolite
Beeshop - Mr Confusion (Although some of this song gets a TAD whiney, but the rest of it is pretty good)
Mute Math - Peculiar People
MXPX - Wrecking Hotel Rooms (It's kind of old, but eh?)
Dragonette - True Believer (Majority of Dragonette is pretty catchy too)

p.s. I love new soul by yael naim!!! Everytime my one friend Nick gets into my car and that song comes on he is like YEAHHH TURN IT UP THAT IS MY JAMMM! Haha.

Anything of of Radiohead's "In Rainbows", and most of Atmosphere's "God Loves Ugly" album.

Sweet, you like Magnetic North too?

Hm... well, I like some of these:
John Mayer - Clarity
John Mayer - Comfortable (but I pretty much like ALL his songs)
Alex Cornell - No One cover (you can download most of his covers/songs here)
South - A Place in Displacement
Jack Johnson - Better Together
Jack Johnson - Banana Pancakes
Jamie Cullum - London Skies
Jamie Cullum - Catch the Sun
Mute Math - Noticed

Radiohead is pretty mellow, but I tend to find their songs boring after a while. Michael Buble's not bad either.
