Just curious what people think on this since I've heard a few different opinions so I thought I'd bring the question here.
Do you believe you can control what you feel? I know we can all obviously control what we do with what we feel, but do you think emotions just happen and that you can't help what you feel? You may suppress the feeling whatever it may be, or just let it be, but do you think these emotions are uncontrollable or the opposite? |
