The Texas 22 nd district residents are all set to elect their new Representatives. What are the characteristics of this ideal representative? Being a conservative district, he or she sure needs to be someone who can stand up for the conservative values of the district. The district of Texas 22 nd needs to be freed from the hands of the Washington insiders or lobbyists for once and put in the hands of a fellow Texan. This is more so as no one can understand and deliver a perfect solution for the problems of residents here, as anyone who resides here. Such a person will have his or her loyalties within the district.

The future leader of Texas needs to come up with a responsive and efficient government. The district is in search of new leadership and new ideas that can take it to new heights. Analysts are studying the possibility of Republicans winning in the Texas 22 nd constituency. The association between Republicans and the state of Texas has been quiet old. The Republican Party includes fiscal conservatives, social conservatives, and libertarians. The party generally supports lower taxes and limited government in most economic areas allowing for more economic freedom. Lower taxes and economic privatization is crucial for the development of any district. This is exactly what is deserved by the residents of Texas 22 nd Congressional District of the House of Representatives.

Among the Republicans contesting in the election for the district include the former Sugar Land Mayor and Councilman, Dean Hrbacek. Dean is a fourth-generation Texan who has lived in this district for quiet long. Dean Hrbacek has been credited with bringing about many positive changes in Sugar Land in the form of Tax cutting, bringing the University of Houston at Sugar Land, surface water transition, expansion of I-59, Town Square etc. among many others.
