hey ... so... i was wonderin' if any of you know of any programs that you can design your skin on... and then create it to beE programmed into CSS... if you know of any ... then ... well... could you tell meE... thx

You can use Dreamweaver, which in my opinion is the best editor, or there's a pretty good one by coffeecup too (coffeecup html editor...but they have for css too, it's an older program though...havent kept up with any updates of it, if there were any)

The best that I know of are DreamWeaver (not free) and SimpleCSS (free, but less functionality.)
