You know the routine replace xxxx's with your friend i.d. You also need your friend id for the report abuse link at the bottom. If anybody wants to make this their own and change it up go right ahead. You <b>can</b> remove the link to my space if you want. I could care less what you do with the overlays i submit.</td></tr>

As the green in integral to this layout I would say "no". Not only does changing the color mean that every rollover and slice must first be modified in Photoshop and re-uploaded; but you're changing the work of someone without their permission.
