Whats the most amount of weight you've ever managed to lose? And, how did you manage to do it?
Hopefully this will help give people who need to lose weight ideas... and save time by finding something that'll actually work!  I'm actually in need of losing more weight... I lost 40 pounds between June - October, but I've been stuck ever since then. I lost mine by replacing all my meals with Lean Cuisines. And with everything else, just watched the calories. I'm eating the exact same way I did before, but nothings happening. I need to lose 10 - 15 more.
