I was going through add-ons for Fire Fox, and almost every preview had this "stop light" kind of thing.
What Is It?
[i got this from a Fire Fox theme.];

It's emulating the theme on Macs, so it's the minimize/maximize/close buttons.

Also moved to Technology.

It could be the minimize, maximize, and close buttons. Or it can be cascading buttons. That's a theme you have installed which emulates Mac's GUI.

Not use a Mac, but rather be familiar with the Mac interface.
I love those buttons. If only they made those for Windows :[
Windows' are so ugly.
