any ideas on improvments that could be made??

Her first name is spelled Miley.
The center image's quality is a bit low; you should try to make it better.

like cristy said, the images seem pretty low quality. also i don't really like the red, that shade of red is too bright and almost always looks bad in my opinion, i really don't think it goes with the center image. i like the layout of it though and how u set things up.

As stated above, I agree. You should definitely fix the name, its the theme!

I find this layout very brushy. Too much brushes all over the place, makes it look weird. Try adding textures? Different colors other than red? Because where the content boxes are, it seems messy.

For some reason, I don't like the font that spelled out her name, it seems a little too grungy for this theme.

I think you could have done a better CSS links, and font text. Capitalizing text (all the way through) is really bad and horrible.

I do like the music player though.

i like the hole concept, altho i cant stand her, but its a great layout, but like was said previously, the red isnt really good for the layout, make it more of a pinkish purple, like her shirt, kinda like this but a bit darker

I'll have to agree about the low quality images. I like the effort that you put into it though. Nice try! Keep practicing and you'll improve. Try to use better quality images though.

I don't think it's so much the amount of brushes, but the ones you used look really blurry. I think the layout needs to feel more like one piece rather than several different pieces. The concept is good, but everything needs to feel like it fits. :3

Hate to repeat what everyone else said, but all the images do suffer from low quality. How high do you set the quality of the JPEGS when you export them?

First off, I suggest that you change those pictures of Miley. They're at horrible quality. Also, I suggest you stop saving your things at .JPG extension because quality is lost. Save it as .PNG will not let any quality be lost, so your picture is much more clear. The boxes containing words/information bugs the crap out of me. It's so blurry, and the colors used are just a bit too.... plain. The Miley Cyrus font is a bad choice. Try using something more elegant or more cutesy.

i did some airbrushing
and i had no idea what i was doing
this was my first actress one
besides the Cameron Diaz one i did which everyone hated
