Well in light of the iffyness of the layout's likeability I made a new one by reusing some elements and doing something new with it.

It's not bad, but the background does so, so not work with the movable content that you have. It clashes with each other, and the lighter background makes the white font hard to read.

The font is small and difficult to read, as well. And I hate the fact that I'm forced to use the arrows to scroll through your text because it's powered by Javascript. If I click between the arrows, it ends up moving the entire window. Could you make some sort of scrollbar?

Other than that, it's fine.

I like your style. The page is very creative way of doing a page, to make it drag like, but you can't really rely on everyone to have broadband and load the page fast, so not a good thing.

You could probably make the text bigger, and more viewable, and change some colors. Nice job overall.

I like the illustrated figure you made for the banner. Otherwise, the whole page seems a little slow when you scroll down.

The font you chose is a little small, and the red hover bar you're using doesn't fit with the overall scheme. I also don't know what you mean by movable window.

The font you've used next to the cloud with your name does not fit well AT ALL. I suggest changing it, and adding some curvature.

Overall, I give it a 6/10.

Yeah I chnaged the scheme from its orginal setting in whcih the layout was in a draggable div. Ill change the font and look into tweaking the things that have been suggested, as for the IE thing I mean its viewable but i cant figure out for the life of me why the javascript won't work. I'm using the mootools framework and slimbox tools for some content on my page and I see it used a lot so It should work. Im still messing with it and trying to figure out if I did something that caused it to malfunction, but it's strange since everything is ok in Firefox and Netscape navigator.
-EDIT-
Uh nvm it works guess it takes a while for IE to handle it but the Slimbox application still seems to fail need to check into that some more.
-EDIT-
Ok I don't know i think its my computer or IE because it loads fine sometimes and not others so I think Internet Explorer is just playing games with to raise my blood pressure.
-EDIT-
Changed the background, looks better maybe? Im letting ideas cook insde my head for a nifty navigation alternate to what i have right now.

I think it's okay and I don't like the background either. I think it would look better if it was a solid background color to make it match more like Dark Grey. Both layouts look the same, so I can't tell witch is better. I think you should come up with another way for the navigation. I think it's a cool idea but it doesn't look good with this layout but that's my opinion. I think the contact table idea is just cute; it's different.

I don't care for the artwork link being at the button, it's easy to over look and I thinks it's important to the site. Over all, I would find another way to do the navigation or have a sidebar off to the right to add a alternative navigation.
