Skinny layout questions Options

Hello,

I have 2 questions dealing with a skinny layout.

1.) I was wondering what do I look for within my myspace code to find how to space out and change how far or close a table is to each other? An example of what I mean is where the pink circles are: http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/5686/picture2bv0.png

2.) My myspace bar, the one that says "home, browse, search, invite...etc," forms in two lines when i want it to be a single line, like in this profile: http://whateverlife.com/profile/?layout=pbwscode How can I get it to be a single line instead of a double one?
