after i wash my hair my scalp gets all dry & when u scratch it and stuff, i get dandruff.. but my skin [face] is dry also. this doesnt happen anymore, but a couple weeks ago, between my eyebrows, it would be so dry it looks like skin can be peeled off. [im a bad explainer xD] but anyway, how can i get rid of the dandruff problem?

sometimes i just spray water on it
but then after a while the dryness comes back
sometimes i put lotion on it.
but its kinda hard to do the whole head c[x
ahhh what can i do? =/

and dandruff shampoo doesnt help.
well head and shoulders dont work.
i still get dandruff & dry scalp after using that =X

my mom said that its because i sleep too late [around 11 - 12 on schooldays.. like 1-2 on weekends.. but i dont think that can be it]
my dad says that maybe i turn the water too hot =/

About your face, do you use moisturizer before you put on makeup, or just before you go outside?
If not you should try some, and if you get some with SPF, even better!

For you hair:
Scalp Remedy Dandruff Solution, by Aveda
You can spray that on whenever and pretty much instantly gets rid of itching and flakes. It doesn't have a terrific smell, I'll warn you but when I first moved here it was a total godsend. In fact, the entire Scalp Remedy line is worth the price.

For your skin, limit any type of scrub to once a day and make friends with a fragrance free moisturizer. Aveeno is the brand I prefer when my skin is really dry.

^ hmm I might try that Aveda thing. Does the smell go away after a few minutes or whatnot?

It does, or at least in my opinion it does. It's so worth it though. I hate it when my scalp itches and with all the wind here and such, it can be a problem.

I love Aveda products! Especially their Rosemary Mint Shampoo. I highly recommend their line. Just to piggyback on what superstitious said.

If that late thing you said were true, I would have nothing but dandruff. (because I sleep at like 4 or 5 in the morning :])Anyway, you face is probably just dry (I get the eyebrow thing too) so just use like cream instead of lotion because the alcohol in lotion makes the skin drier.

I think the dandruff thing should be consulted with your doctor if nothing works.
