Gangs, a problem in your community?

I not sure where to post this topic so I'll post it here. Feel free to move it.

Anyways, I've been noticing lately that gangs are becoming a big part of my community. Everywhere you go, there's territory claimed by gangs. I myself dont really think its a problem since the majority of my friends belong or ride with gangs, but if it gets outta control, its gonna be a great danger to the city. So far, the most popular gangs in my city are:

[Folk vs. People]

GD's [Gangsta Disciples]
ViceLords [VL's]
Latin Kings [LK]
2/6 Gangsta [Bunnies]

Are gangs a problem in your "hood" or city?

Not really. The only gang I know of in Milpitas would be the Scraps. huh.gif
Then again, I know that fights break out all the time at school because of gang clashes between the Mexicans & Blacks. Not that I hang out with anyone enough to know gang names. Cortez, or something..? O_o

There used to be, but now there like 10 cops surrounding our area lol. 2 years ago, ehh so much dangers because so many gangsters around our area >.<;; they were beating up the elders and stealing their moneys >.<;; also rape little kids while walking back home from school. So there isn't any troubles these days. Only fire accidents and car accidents heh.

But I know there is one gangsta group, which is "THE KOREAN OPPAS" hehe... but they don't do that many harms..... just drink and car race at downtown.

Damn! What kinda gangstas ya have? Rapeing kids? Those arent gangstas, they're Michael Jacksos's in the making.

[TrG]--- forgot what this one stands for xD always referred to them as TrG
[22] 2202 (LA County-OC)
[18] 18th Street G's(Orange City)

Sadly nothing goes on near where I live though!!! SO boring!!! Wish I still live in L.A.....

I have some friends in the AbZ and some Blood hook-ups. Rarely hang with em (like once every 2 weeks) but yeah we got eachothers back

I remember the Rough Riders once hung here in the west side, but aren't they only in Florida now?

those are the only ones i know about in texas. _unsure.gif i don't now about other gangs but i don't know if it is a big problem. we probably have more random murders than gang related crimes.

I not sure. I have hear of them, but I never found out where they reside.

TMG = tribeca millenium gangsters
LAK = ???
YL = ???

they are just so stupid...they're just p*ssy gangster wannabes who just talk sh*t rolleyes.gif

there are bloods and crips in nyc though...i heard that the crips are in canarsie brooklyn...i don't know, i don't follow these stupid gangster things, i just hear about them

These are the colors they rep here in Chi-Town [Chicago]:

ViceLords: Black & Red
GD's: Black & Blue
Latin Kings: Black & Gold
2/6 Gangstas: Black Beige
The base color is usually black

there arent really gang problems in the area where i live..its more like drug problems...anyways..the worse thing i saw is another skool marking up our skool and having a fight at the mall..thats about it..

well its kinda a skool gang..like my skool against another skool..

There isnt much of a gang problem in my community and i dont know much about it. i dont have any experience. Mostly everywhere is safe ..

ABT or agat blood town. Mostly from agat. Love red.
DD or double dose. A mix of gangs. They wear white.
BB or bouble bose. A female version.
cripz. From the south south or up north. they wear blue.
Piwi. the young group made of seventh graders in my school. All are females.
