There are several thousands of tutorials online about making textures. It's pretty much all the same process; you just need to find the right material.

Textures is just finding the right images, manipulating them, and then setting it as a pattern. What you have posted are grunge textures. Something like this: http://www.websitetemplatedesign.com/oscom...orial_312.shtml
