I want to create a graphic design/web design business, but i need people to help me design, go over things, build a clientele and so on and so on.

I wanted to know if there is anyone out there who would feel confortable enough starting a graphic/web design business with me over the internet. We dont need to meet in person (obviously) but we can use Skype. It would be a regular graphic business minus the physical address aspect. Im planning on using my domain name for the name of the business. I need to find people that are adept in design, and can handle customers well. Obvisouly, you would get paid and I would get paid.

Im serious about this, I dont want anyone who has never spent a significant time with illustrator or photoshop. This is going to be a legitimate business. I need legitimate designers.
