It's so windy where I live right now that it's freaking me out.

Nothing like the chill low moans of a gale force wind to bring me out in goosebumps. Wagh.

Nothing on when I saw a freakin' tornado blazing across a field though!

What's the scariest weather you've ever experienced?

I wish I could experience scary weather, that would be fun. I live in San Diego, where the weather isn't too extreme for anything.

But if that one week of wildfires in southern Cali counts as scary weather, then I'd have to say that. :P

Right now. Raining hard as hell. Driving on the freeways is a bitch. All the water bounces off of the ground and onto your windshield. There were a couple of times I couldn't even see! asdfghjkl

Worse weather experience would have to be either when it rained so hard that they had to cancel school, Or when snow was piled up to my knees.

I was in the middle of a snowstorm on Christmas eve of last year while delivering presents. And I had to get to this one girl in particular to giver her a very special present. Luckily I made it through because Rudolph was guiding my sleigh that night.

Wind and thunder are weather conditions that freak me the hell out. My imagination unfolds before me, and I start thinking that the roof will collapse on me and huddling in my bathtub is definitely not going to save me.

Probably just a really bad storm on the river. Our boat broke down in the middle of a storm. :/

i was in 4th grade when hurrican george went over puerto rico. we lived in a first floor apartment, and the tree in our backyard fell over the building and a mass amout of water jsut starting coming in through the back door... we were forced to vacate from our apartment while the hurricane was still over us. we had to go my moms 2nd floor apartment itn he building next to ours.

i was on my dads shoulders and the water was almost up to his waist (he's about 5'10)

yea we pretty much lost everything. our apartment wasnt flooded that bad just a couple inches.

so thats how im here now. we moved to pennsylvania when we got money from the government for what we lost.

thats my scary weather story.

Haha I saw a girl like that on my campus! Oh man, my jeans were getting soaked! I even forgot an umbrella! >_<" Luckily my friend lent me his! ^_^v But man, the rain was crazy~ Especially in La Jolla. At least where you were it probably wasn't liek a monsoon. I almost got blown away with my umbrella when this whoosh of rain and wind came at my face! >_<" But that was yesterday :P

Black ice. It's the worst thing turning out onto a snow covered road and sliding all around thinking you're going to crash into someone or vice versa.

I'm used to tornados.

^ Ha, I live in Tornado alley, so yeah, wind and tornados don't scare me in the least. Tornado sirens on = everyone outside looking at the sky.

I hate, hate, hate frozen rain. Especially the kind that freezes as black ice as soon as it touches the ground. SO scary.

WHAT THE HELL. You're all insane. I become anxious when I see tornadoes on the television, and I come from a state that never experiences such dangers. If a tornado warning struck? I would immediately start packing all things that are dear to me and reading Bible scriptures.

Eep! I'm terrified of really bad weather. Luckily where I am, it doesn't reach the extremes. But it can get really really really and I mean really hot. Heat is my enemy D:<

Bahahaa. I grew up with it. I spent my first tornado playing barbies with my older sister. whistling.gif
Kansas is a windy place.
