WHY is it that every person i choose to love is bad for me? why is it that every person i want to care about is bad for me? why is it that anyone i want to be close to ends up treating me like shit? why is my love so much different than all the other ones that everyone else claimed... i want someone to cry with me and laugh with me and not be weirded out that sometimes i'm serious and that i like thinking and that i'm a dynamic person and the only thing that stays the same is when i say I LOVE YOU, because i don't take those back. i hate that all the effort i put into my friends doesn't seem to have an effect. i hate that i feel selfish because i want them to care about me, too. i hate that i randomly feel fine with people i don't actually know in person, and that i understand them and they at least generally understand me better than anyone else i see. i'm sick of reading responses; i wanna hear someone's voice on the other end. i feel really hopeless because when i look around, i'm drawn to so many people and the ones i care about most won't be there for me. i want someone to reassure me that it's okay and that i'm not alone in my head
