We usually have a gift exchange thingy. I never know what to get them. I'm the practicular buyer... Usually a card and cash. I'd rather give them that then have them return what I buy them. My friends are hard to shop for. I should just shoplift from Spencer's for them. Cheap for me.

giftcards is what you get to either someone that you don't know well, or when you're in a rush and have no time to really think about something to get for someone. i find it rather impersonal.

I like giving presents that took a lot of thought in them...
never mind, I like gifts that took a lot of thought in them xD

I usually tend to give others gift cards, or baked goods. Everyone likes cookies :D especially homemade ones.
