so i am using Microsoft Word 2003. My paper size of the file and printer are both set to letter (8.5 x 11). everytime i added a border, it shows alright in the print layout mode (click me), like four sides on the paper. but if i go into print preview mode, the bottom of the border will just disappear. (here)

does anyone know why? blink.gif and is there any solution? because i kept trying to change the margins size and it doens't work

Ok, so, changing the margins doesn't work...

How did you add the border? What settings did you use for it?

Play around with the margin options in the "Border and Shading Options."

I found that 17 at the top and bottom work.

You should using a lower number. Maybe I'm not sure what you mean. Would you mind posting a screen print like the one I posted? :)
