What do you want? Do you want the links all on the side of the page, or do you want the links all in the comment box. If it is the latter, keep in mind that custom contact tables are ONE IMAGE - including the contact background and link words.

Since it looks like your making a div in your code..you need to add top and left to postiion the contact table so it aligns in the right place:
QUOTE
<style type="text/css">
.contactTable {
width:300px !important; height:150px !important; padding:0px !important; top:##px; left: ##px;position:absolute;
background-image:url("http://i215.photobucket.com/albums/cc176/johncouzenslore/GooTif.jpg");
background-attachment:scroll; background-position:center center;
background-repeat:no-repeat; background-color:transparent;}
.contactTable table, table.contactTable td { padding:0px !important;
border:0px; background-color:transparent; background-image:none;}
.contactTable a img {visibility:hidden; border:0px !important;}
.contactTable a {display:block; height:28px; width:115px;}
.contactTable .text {font-size:1px !important;}
.contactTable .text, .contactTable a, .contactTable img {filter:none !important;}
</style>

well that fixed the problem of the background being a little far left but created another

now the background is tiny and fixed in the center of the contact area
hard to explain
