I found this layout called "Season's Call" and I wanted to use it but the picture doesn't show up. theres only a box with a red X in it. I'm seriously VERY new with html and I have no idea what to do. Can anyone offer some help?

The image is more than likely broken. Could you give me the link to your profile or the layout?

I don't think so. Here's the direct url -
http://cbimg6.com/layouts/07/08/14/20683aa.png ^The layout works just fine on my computer though. |

Hmmm works for me.
Make sure you check your INternet Options. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced (Under Multimedia) Make sure your option "Show Pictures" is checked. |

it works fine for me.
this may seem insulting but make sure you're loading the page all the way... could you also take a screen shot? (print screen>> paste into paint/photoshop/whatever) |

So... 1. Go to the website 2. Press "Prt Scrn" on your keyboard (usually in the upper right-hand corner) 3. Go to your image program 4. Paste the image 5. Save the image and then upload it to a place like imageshack.us 6. Post the image URL here for us to see ;) Haha you figured it out. How long does it take to finish loading? It could be your connection timing out. |

^ I understand that, but how long does it take for the browser to say it's "done" in the bottom left hand corner?

You can download it here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx If it views correctly in that browser, we know it's a Firefox problem... if it doesn't... there's something wrong in your computer settings. |

have you actually tried using the code?
as said, it may be browser issues, or browser settings. have you tried firefox? it's actually better than IE and it's getting popular fast. |

Wow, yeah I meant Firefox, not Internet Explorer *hits head*. For some reason I had it in my head that you were using Firefox.
So yes - mozilla.com - download Firefox and check that out. |
