 8 fish is awesome. I went there recently and I thought of you.  8 courses of anything is awesome, or 7 of beef.  I honestly have never seen so much fish before I went to that restaurant.

Sorry, I never knew its actual name when I used it in restaurants. Yay for Vietnamese education! I have a box of Nestle hot cocoa mix that I haven't used. Haha, I've seen those at a buffet before. They were really cute. I didn't like it though because I don't like jello with cheesecake.

Those strawberry cheesecake jellos were home-made I believe. It says some information about it on the website I got it from (flickr). So I guess if you'd want to try it, you would have to make it yourself, or search the whole world till you see a bakery with something that looks similar.

My mom can only make Vietnamese desserts that I don't like!
