God, why the hell does anyone care about her activity. I see her everywhere. Damn, she's got like a billion posts (12,808+ to be exact). Just leave her the hell alone.

You know, if she's not moderating enough just let us know, and we'll take care of it behind the scenes. You shared your concerns with us about Jane. We acknowledge this. We aren't going to purge her from the staff for one incident of "inactivity".

Just as we are lenient with the community, we ask you to be lenient with us. Cool your jets. Take some oxycotton. Drink a whole bottle of Dimetapp. Smoke some weed. Do some acid *wink*. I don't care. Just chill out.

Well, this whole Jane thing turned into something it shouldn't have. Before asking a question, it might be a good idea to read a few of the posts before hand... it might help avoid this kind of stuff. The Jane thing has long been resolved thumbsup.gif I think staff is doing a wonderful job.

My guess? People are bored unless they have some mud to sling at staff members. Jane is just an easy target, since historically she's had activity issues. It's all moot at this point, really.

http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=193619

why the hell was that closed?
i understand i should have posted a link and such, but somebody could have asked. yeah, i didn't see the guidelines for topics-that's my fault, i'm not blaming it on anybody else.
not only was my question not answered, but nobody even ASKED for a code or anything-it was just automatically closed.
i'm sorry, but i think that's total BS. why wasn't i given a chance to post what was needed?

A chance for what actually? Like you said, if you'd read the community guidelines, this wouldn't have occured. Now you did AND you created a new topic. I really don't see what the problem is. I understand you complaining but calling it 'bullshit'? Ya know. rolleyes.gif

I understand your concern, but before you post topics you should check the pinned topics and search before you post. There is a thread in all support forums as well as announcements. No matter how long you've been a member here the same process is going to start happening to everyone else. So you can like stated make a new thread and follow the guidelines or PM a mod and ask them to re-open it then follow the guidelines.

But as a note read the pinned topics before posting.

im sorry you feel that way, but we have been perfectly clear as to what the new rules are for posting help topics. we've given a bunch of notice - a topic in the announcements forum and at the top in every support forum. other threads were also closed; not just yours.

i understand you may be frustrated your topic was closed, however rules aren't rules unless they are enforced the way they say they are to be enforced. tough luck.

edit://

just FYI, I deleted the older topic since you already reposted it, because i dont want duplicates. i'm not deleting it to avoid the issue in any way whatsoever. k?

I understand that the Lounge is supposed to be "unmoderated", but all these stupid topics are really getting out of hand.

^The lounge is moderated, do you mean the VIP Lounge?

If so, there isn't anything we can really do. I mean the people wanted an VIP Lounge that was unmoderated and thats what you guys got. The only way to eliminate this little problem would to just deleted the VIP lounge altogether which is fine by me because I don't see a point in having it. But then of course if we do that everything would get moved else ware.

I think she meant the Lounge....because it's been cluttered with lots of pointless topics because we're to be more 'lenient', so I took a look through and I'll try and pay attention more to those and take care of those.

But is that what you meant, or VIP? Just clarifying.

Who are Nguoicaison, Lianaistheshit, Amechi, and Prophet?

And oh since this is Moderator performances, I acutally think Trish is the best Design staff right now, even past and present. I've never seen anyone so dedicated and helping out so much. And from the few days I been back, I think Cristy and JC are doing a excellent job at People Staff. Keep up the good work. :)

I agree about Trish. I can't remember if she helped out even when she was an OM (I'll assume she did), but now she helps out all the time and does a good job of enforcing the labeling-topics rule.

Haha, thanks Tung.

Yeah, this thread is just to tell moderators how they're doing. And I appreciate it, but I don't think I deserve SMoTM yet.
