You'd have to ask the person who warned you. Rico had his warnings from a year ago when he came back, and I know a few others who hadn't had their warning levels decreased until they asked an admin about it.
So, I really don't know.  I never warned anyone when I was on staff, I just verbally warned a few (but they listened to me) buwahaha
