So, I'm German, Irish, and Scottish, but mostly Irish. Irish femme's are known to not have many break outs, and I don't, but I still get a few pimples here, and there, mostly when I'm pms'ing.

Anyways, I heard someone say that a good method to get rid of pimples, was to put toothpaste on them.

I tried it when I was like, 13, and I haven't since.

I was just wondering if any of you use it, and if it actually works. O.o

Yes it does work. It's not designed for pimples.
the chemical/ingredients inthe toothpaste are drying. of course it will dried out the blemish consist of liquid.

make sure you always apply moisturizer that doest interact with your blemishes and does not clog pores. you can get a cheap good one called, Olay moisturizer.

I heard that Peperation H (Yeah, I don't know how to spell) was supposed to help. But I haven't heard of toothpaste.

yea, i've heard that preperation h works too.

but toothpaste does work, but not on all pimples or acne.
u may want to try it first and then see how it works for you, i can use toothpaste & get rid of bumps/pimples, but my sister uses it and gets really dry skin

I think I tried it once or twice with big pimples. It ended up becoming even bigger (and filled with pus) but the process was faster. It went away faster than if I hadn't put toothpaste on it. Try it and see if it works well on your skin.

Well, I guess if butt creams helps with the redness on your behind it will help with it on your face? lol, gross.

Personally, I use the Clean and Clear spot treatment. For me, it pushes the stuff in the pimple out and the redness goes away, but lately I've noticed in increase in the price.

NO. it will complicate the pimple more. how about spending money on products focused on pimples and not your teeth
