the sunburst thing was achieved with a pen tool, then transformed to warp around a center point.
the paterns were... well just that. patterns. and the picture was simply slapped on top of that. voila. |

As in make it to where they're all going towards the center? Filter >> Distort >> Polar Coordinates (Rectangular to Polar) |
