I'll admit to watching (and *gasp* enjoying) the first season of Charmed. I'm one of those Shannon Doherty supporters though. I can't help it, I like the bitch. But yeah, to quote Willow, "Bored now" and I quit watching Charmed after the first season.

And I loved Angel (in response to the poster who said they couldn't get into it). I just finished watching Season 2 of Angel and well , in a nutshell. I think I'm in love with Lorne (The Host). There's just something about a green demon aura reader in a karaoke bar.

Oh no well I watched the first season as well (Shannon's funny ), but then I noticed in the second season they copied off Buffy and it became lame and whatnot.

sa;dgh I LOVE YOUR NEW AV/SIG. ae;ghfd;g Aww so was I. I know I cried when Fred died, too. I always thought Joss would've at least brought her back for the last few episodes, but it never happened. I remember posting on the Buffy Boards as we all guessed how she would be brought back. I guess how they ended it, it was better that Illyria was there instead of Fred. She'd stand no chance. Illyria was cool - I could never pick between her and Fred. I loved them both so much. Joss never let any couple get away with happiness on BTVS.

I LOATHED the Angel/Cordy pairing. The two had nooo chemistry, in my opinion. That whole relationship seemed completely contrived. Although ANYTHING is better than Cordy/Connor. That was just nasty.

Kind of wanting to watch Angel now. Think it's time for a marathon this holiday weekend.

Prior to Cordelia and Xander becoming a couple, I was really wanting for Willow and Xander to get together ''officially.'' However, once those two made it blatantly clear that they wouldn't work, I began to warm up to Cordelia and Xander in the romantic aspect. I was rather netural on the whole Willow and Oz ship, but I'm not certain who I would prefer Willow with out of Tara and Kennedy. I realize that Willow was head-over-heels in love with Tara, but that relationship didn't do much for me, I suppose. In regard to Xander and Anya, I couldn't stand them together, though Xander loved Anya like no other. To me, her stale comedy got in the way with me ever bonding with her character. I know that may sound odd to some, but, that's how it is. Also, I really adored the relationship between Jenny and Giles. It's a tragedy that those two didn't have more time together. Lastly, I loathed Buffy and Riley, loved Spike and Drusilla, and could tolerate (I never thought I'd hear myself say this!) Buffy and Spike.

Angel, in my eyes, is the best spinoff series ever. That show just shows everyone in its audience meaningful lessons in redemption, forgiveness, friendship, and most of all how to kill vampires. Even though its cancelled, shows like Supernatural are biting the Angel character (Dean Winchester) and its themes like Sam Winchester's psychic ability to see murders originally Cordellia. Even though its last 2 seasons weren't up there in ratings, its a classic in my eyes. Angel for life.
