As in having sex with anyone when you're under 18 (or whatever the legal age of consent is in your area).
Why don't you start reading threads? Then, questions like that would be answered. |

Well, I guess it's your life and you should do what you want with it. I mean, it is a big risk and teenagers are pressured these days to do more than just sex. But i believe that it's best to do it after marriage. I'm a catholic and technically, you're supposed to "do it" to have children, but eh. Ho hum.

u cant put an age on maturity and if u think u are mature enough to have sex then do it but if u arent then no dont |

I find nothing against it. Just know what you're getting into. If they're ready then I guess go for it.

It could be, since most teens have sex while they claim they're "in love", while it's only infatuation. It's much more special to have it with someone truly love.. Besides, you don't want to get pregnat at such an age.

i think its wrong if ur under 18 because you want to be sure your body is fully matured because if its not and if its still maturing, its a higher risk of pregnancy or stds.

That's...not at all true. I believe stastics have shown that a large percentage of STDs are acquired in highschool/college years. Also, I think it's not unreasonable to believe that a more mature person who is commited to fidelity is less likely to contract an STD. |

sex used to be a spiritual ritual. we learned about it in ap history and i guess it depends on how u look at it. if your like 12 then its like dude chill but if your around maybe 15 -17 or when u think u are mature enough then its not for me to say.

Before you debate, I think you need to do this first:
What is 'wrong'? AND What is 'right'? If you dont even have a definition for this how can you define something as 'wrong'? |

Completely wrong.
some teens forget the outcome of sex [without a condom] -- pregenacy. and some teens think "I am tottaly mature enough to have a baby!" ...not the case when they have to live in the real world. even i know better then that and i'm only 14 |

the problem with age limits is that sometimes people over the legal age limit still are unable to handle and accept the consequences of their actions. I personally don't believe in age limits on anything, because it depends on maturity level, not age. i've met loads of people who aren't legal to have sex, but they want to and fully understand everything associated. I've also met several people who became parents at the age of 18, 19, 20 who are completely unprepared to have a child.
I also disagree with the idea of stuatory rape. some people happen to fall in love with someone else much older then themselves, and if they decide to safely and maturely have sex, then i don't think it should be illegal. |

the problem with age limits I really had no idea that there were actually age limits. Of course, it's illegal when an adult has sex with a minor {Even though I believe it's no one's business}, but I had no clue it was illegal for, let's say, two fifteen year olds to have sex. That's just stupid. The government can't tell you whether or not to have sex. Along with a lot of other things. It makes me realize how LITTLE freedom we do have, when it comes down to it. Like not being able to use drugs. {Lol, don't misunderstand me, I'm not condoning the use of drugs. But that's another debate. |

if your not going to take the responsibiliies of your actions afterwards then yes i find it wrong.
easpecially when people turn to abortion if they get pregant because it shows that they weren't really ready for sex in the first place. So yes in some ways. Underage sex is wrong. I've said this to some of my friends. All the people I know that have had sex outside of marriage have screwed up lives. Might not be right away, it might down the road, but it will get screwed up. So, no to underage sex.
