The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. I've read one page of the author's Introduction and I'm already connected.

I just read that not to long ago. A nice read. It really reminded me of Siddhartha.

I just bought Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close off Amazon and I can't wait for it to get here. I've wanted to read this book for a very long time.

I love it. It's inspiring and written in such simple language. And I have to pick up Siddharta too.

Currently reading Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister by Gregory Maguire. It's a twist on Cinderella (like how Wicked is a twist on The Wizard of Oz).

How far you into that book? When I read that, that book was hella boring. The book's pages are still a bit on the wrinkly side from all of the drool I left when I read it. . .

I'm currently reading my boyfriend's e-mails.

Haha. Well, I loved Wicked so a co-worker lent me this one. I'm about 75 pages in. It's a little dry and things are moving slowly but maybe I'll like it overall.

This Lullaby by Sarah Dessen.

Man. i've been meaning to get a hold of that book for about a year already. Either i've had no time, or when i did have time the book was checked out. *sigh. How is it so far? Dessen's books are amazing.

For school i've read;
first semester:
The Catcher in the Rye [which i did not like very much]
The Great Gatsby [Much better than the one above it. thumbsup.gif ]
Caesar & Cleopatra [good, but not the best of plays i've read so far]
Julius Caesar [same as above]
& others i don't really remember. >_<
Now:
Aeschylus' Prometheus Bound
Sopocles' Oedipus Rex/King
Now reading: Sophocles' Oedipus at Colonus
After that would be Antigone.

Outside of school;
Recently finished Mitch Albom's FOR ONE MORE DAY
I'd really like to list everything else i've read, but that would take hours. Just check up shelfari _smile.gif

Cather in the Rye for school. I remember I read this in 9th grade for pleasure and declaring the anthem of my life. I don't know what I was thinking.
