Did you mean yellowish? You can use Edit > Adjustments > Selective Color or Channel Mixer to change the color tones of the image. Selective Color is better.
If the photo quality sucks, there's not much you can do. Can you post the photo? |

I prefer to use Image > Adjustments > Color Balance. But I suppose it would serve the same purpose for this.

Yes, I realize that. That's why if you go to color balance, you can move the bar AWAY from yellow. Not closer to it. |
