Well, discounting American movies, because that would be a LONG list, I'd have to go with Pan's Labyrinth and Y Tu Mamá También.

i recently watched a few foreign movies and i have to say, i simply loved them.
-y tu mama tambien -love me if you dare (jeux d'enfants)  -a very long engagement (Un long dimanche de fiançailles) oh, and i watched life is beautiful a long time ago and it still is one of my favorites. |

Tiramisu (a Chinese or Taiwanese movie with bad special effects, but I still like it), Hinokio and NANA (Japanese), and Les Choristes (je l'adore <3), and Ma vie en rose (My life in pink) are my favorite foreign films.
