ok, go look at my profile
and you see a black lil banner with white right? ok, i tried over 50 times...to change that because my cousin put it on...that's not even mine i want to change it or just remove it and i tried putting different pictures but it doesnt help at all... it's getting me mad can anyone help? |

Go to "My account" and under "My Profile" it says "Change picture" |

Yep, That's what i've been doing
 doesn't work it refreshes the page after i put change picture and it still shows the same banner and i view my profile it's the same thing! |

That's really odd, maybe its just a glitch.
How long have you been trying to change it? The only thing I can tell you is to wait it out, and try again later.. |

I tried to do it about 2 hrs ago, then i was like whatever i'll try later..then I went out to the store
and then i come back and it still doesn't work. do you guys(staff) have access to members accounts? like could you go in and take it off for me or add the photo i want? maybe cB doesn't like me =/ . |

almost every time i wanna change something on my profile it never accepts the changes, i wait a day, and then it's fine again

No, only Jusun can access/edit members profiles. The only thing I can tell you is to wait atleast a day. There isn't much you can do right now. |
