AP English paper... Options

My class read The Declaration of Independence and The Declaration of Sentiments and Resolutions in class today. Now we have to write our own declaration and model it off of the two above. I don't know if the teacher is going to like mine (it's not an entirely serious subject ). Does anyone want to read what I have so far? I'm adding more to the 2nd paragraph. And I know parts of it are similar to the declarations we read but she wants it to be like that.

When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for a people to advance from that subordination in which they have been trapped within since the beginning of time, and to assume among the powers of the earth the equal and independent station to which the laws of God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of humanity requires that they should declare the causes which compel them to take action.
We hold these truths to be self-evident that Mother Nature, through the instrument of weather, deems herself more equal than mankind. That she compromises the preservation of the pursuit of happiness, outdoor activities and concerts. Mother Nature has long hurled her rage at us when we have caused none of it.
Let these facts be submitted to a furious world, for this we pledge our rain soaked, sweltering bodies to…

She has undermined and taunted our meteorologists by making it rain when they declared it would be hot and humid
She has repeatedly caused our hair to become frizzy and has forced us to spend hundreds of dollars a month on hair care products to calm it down
She has made us appear unintelligent and foolish when we believe a dragon has been formed out of the clouds but our friends see a cat
She has made it rain for repeated days causing us to feel tired and depressed
