my rentz' r divorced..so i dont get to see my dad much maybe 2 times a yr, he calls maybe once every 2 months, but when my rentz' were together my relationship with my dad was like a fairy tale. he treated my sister and i soo good, spoiled us with everything. Asian parents dont really call there kids "honey" or "sweetie"...but my dad did, and he would always kiss me on my cheeks b4 bed, and give my tight hugs, and took me to the beach. *sigh..im startin to miss him.

I think maybe this thread should be moved to "Relationships" instead.
I think I have a good relationship with my dad. Whenever I have a problem, I talk to him, and he listens. So that's actually a good thing.

im really close with my dad because he retired when i was little so he was usually around the house and he was always there for me when my mom wasnt because she often works

my relationship with my dad is a fairy tale.. yehh he spoils me rotten and does wutever i say... but i love him more than that. i can tell him anything and everything and i know that he wont explode at me.. but calmy talk to me... i can ask him wutever's on my mind and his anwsers are always smart... he's the most intellgent man i know! if something ever happened with him.. my world would juss end there!

me n my dad have a pretty good relationship, i mean it's not perfect, espeically since azn parents historically are kind of hard 2 talk to, and are 'always doing what's best for you'... but ya, me n my dad are pretty cool wit each other, which is more than i can say about my relationship wit my mom

I voted for.. not grand. My dad is really impatient and stubborn most of the time. but, he's cool. He'll always opt to buy anything I want. Thus, he's my easier parent. lol.
What makes our father-daughter relationship hell.. is that He always says that I'm a bad daughter and I "CHANGED" it's like.. wtf? |

Mine isn't so great. He's really irresponsible, spends money my mother doesn't have, goes fishing but he doesn't cook the fish so it's just in our frige makin' it smell bad, and he doesn't know how to talk in public. He's so damn loud. ¬¬

My dad and I are tight. I love him. I don't tell him my deepest secrets, I'm not like that with either of my parents, but we're really close. We have such crazy conversations. We do a lot of stuff togetherm because we're so alike it's crazy. He doesn't usually get home til 7:30, so I don't chill with him a whole lot, but we're still really close.

he has cancer and went on kimo so now its like my god. one second he's my best firend, the next he's about to walk out of the house. i have to admit i am scared of him a lot. he hit my brother and my sister b4... so now im like...just trying to stay out of his way a lot. but i guess it depends what mood he's in right? |

I'm close to my dad. I talk to him more than my friends talk to their fathers. its easy for us to communicate i guess, he tells me alot of stuff that he doesnt tell the rest of my family, its weird how he does that. Its nice being daddy's lil girl

id say its pretty good. he's usually at work, and i dont see him much. i ask him how he got his stores and all that [im curious] and he tells me. but thas when were driving home from church, soemtimes

My dad and I are like best friends. My mom died when I was in 3rd gade and now I'm a freshman. So I kinda really have no chioce. But I love him. He's an awsome dad.

I hate to say it but my dad is such an ass. He always thinks he's right. I mean, he spoils me and everything but that doesn't make a good dad. He seems to think it does. He also treats me way better than he treats my brother which pisses me off a lot. Hmmm. That's it.

im closer to my dad than my mom. but sometimes i feel so sorry for my dad becoz im so mean to him. but i can never talk back to my mom or disagree w/ her..kindda scared of her.. but when it comes to my dad i always say wuts on my mind and often times yell or get mad at him. :-( he lets me do wutever i want but he's not very responsible and dat gets me irritated. my mom n dad r also divorced so ive lived w/ my dad since 10 years ago?

not so gud cuz i barely c him. during the day he has to go college, during tha nite he has to work cuz he in da military. during tha week days i onli c him sleeping, on weekends hes still busy. in fact i havent seen him in 2 days cuz he comes back at like 12 n leaves at 5.
